    Rat look by definition is usually primer or flat black usual with some sort of pin stripes or scallops. Simple old school usually designated for hot rods but even motorcycles have taken on the look

    rat look has the fenders removed so the wheels are exposed, and alot chop the roof so the windows are shorter
