If it is a tall campervan, I don't like your chances finding anywhere to park on NYE, they shut the city down from really early in the morning, if you park it anywhere near the crowds, you will probably have it broken into or used as a big vantage point for people to watch the fireworks. Honestly, you could inquire with a couple of cbd parking stations, but I would imagine the cost would be excessive.
